So I really did not want to blog until more people had responded to my Yard Sale blog...Please everyone join the Yard Sale Extravaganza! (That is what I am calling it now) Anywho... It is 2:12 am and I once again can not sleep! Lately I have been getting into bed and have been finding myself wide awake as soon as my head hits the pillow. Poor Morg because then I just lay there and stare at him, "How can you already be asleep?" I then want to wake him up so he can be as miserable as I am. Instead I get out of bed and find myself here. And it's not like I slept all day...I had a very long day at work! And I was very tired! Please does anyone have any tips?? I am desperate. Because this is starting to a weekly thing! UPDATE.... I did not finally fall asleep until 4:20ish AM

I HATE those nights. I put something incredibly boring on tv. Then I just stare at it until my eyes close. Or I also come sit at the computer and and do nothing productive. :)
I was shocked when I saw what time you left the comment on my blog last night. I'll bring a cool book I've used to unwind a get ready for bed tomorrow. It's full of 5 minute relaxation exercises. You also shouldn't watch tv or be on the computer when you're trying to sleep - they activate your brain, and make it harder to sleep. I also try reading, herbal tea, or listening to relaxing music on my iPod. We can discuss further at the movie marathon tomorrow- I'm so excited!!
Oh, so sorry. I don't have any ideas for help, just wanted to say sorry. I hate when that happens.
Here are my top 3 suggestions...read a book, take tylenol pm or a big ole chug of benedryl. Those work everytime for me! :) Although, I don't have too hard of a time falling asleep. I just wish I could get more of it. Good luck!
